Currently, science and technology together can change the body of the speaker - gender -producing creatures capable of object choices in Freud or enjoyment modalities in Lacan, impeded by their biology before.The drive, trying to outline the object a, will tangle the plot of the subject, turning the malaise symptom into a particular sinthome. The author presents the case of a twelve-year-old girl who says she "does not feel like a girl and wants to be a boy".
