The psychological emergency attendance is a space for listening and welcoming the subject's experience in order to clarify their demand. The aim here is to reflect on this modality. The approximation between psychological emergency - a modality of psychological emergency attendance of the postmodernity - and psychoanalysis in the institutions questions the attendance of emergency as one of the times of the psychoanalytic treatment: the subjective rectification. The therapist on the emergency duty, with the help of some analytical devices, such as the invitation to free association, can enable the subject, beyond complaining, to also demand, clarifying a demand for analysis. Thus, the psychological emergency becomes a possibility of a gateway to a psychoanalytic analysis.
