The present paper aims to show a reflection about the difference between the neurotical and psychotical organization observed by the graphism, mainly in the HTP (House, Tree, Person) test. Based on the concept of projection, which shows that the subject puts in the external world what is on his internal world, the authors could observe such differences, thet is, the manner psychotical and neurotical both organize their graphical productions similar they organize their lives. To exemplify that reflection, two drawings of patients attended by one of the authors are chose.
