Chronic kidney failure treatment is very difficult due to the various restrictions both physical and psychosocial that it brings. This treatise aims to investigate what the variables that indicates compliance or not to hemodyalisis in patients with chronic kidney failure are. This current research identifies and characterizes the main personality traits through Millon Index Personality Styles (MIPS) on compliance to treatment, by laboratory exams indicating nutritional compliance and compliance to drugs, complementary actions like skipping and shortening hemodialysis sessions, as well as staff compliance to treatment evaluation. Are showed many results about an investigation wich is achieved in a important hospital in a RS'capital counting with 41 members, users of the hemodialysis treatment. Life quality indicators are showed through a multidimensional quality of life evaluation study, item Short Form Health Survey (SF-36), as well as Beck's Depression Inventory Scores (BDI), measuring the existence and intensity of depression. The correlation established by the indicators of instruments used allows us to characterize the diverse levels of compliance and their corresponding particularities that can be taken as indicators of acquiescence to treatment.
