The purpose of the this article is to present, based on a normative study with non-patient adults in the State of São Paulo, the results of the special indices and constellations of the Comprehensive System for the Rorschach, which can reveal the presence of pathologies or disorders and traits or dominant styles of a person. This study presents: descriptive statistics for indices from the participants of the capital, interior and the results of the complete study; Student-t test to compare means in the capital and the interior; and chi-square to compare positive and negative results of the indices in the capital and in the interior. The results revealed the PTI within expected limits, an increase in the DEPI and very high frequency of positive CDI. There was a low frequency of HVI and S-CON. Various differences were found between the capital and the interior and considerations were carried out based on the results.
