Abstract

CARNEIRO, Henrique Figueiredo  and  CHAVES PINTO, Paula Julianna. The transmission of psychoanalysis at the university from the study of clinical cases. Psicol. rev. (Belo Horizonte) [online]. 2009, vol.15, n.3, pp. 172-188. ISSN 1677-1168.

Psychoanalytic theory is sustained transmission concept based on the most special is the story of a guy who suffers. Thus, it is of great importance to students of the university year to think and reflect the practice around the concepts of subjective position and psychic structure. Are concepts central to the study of psychoanalytic psychopathology. Serve to support and supplement satisfactorily what is transmitted in a classroom, since students do not develop even join practice. In this paper we give a literature search, which together with the presentation of an experiment performed at the Course of Psychoanalytic Psychopathology taught at the University of Fortaleza, highlights the discussion of case studies in the transmission of the fundamental concepts of psychoanalytic treatment and its relationship to teaching practice guided university discourse. We conclude with an analysis of the impact of this practice and recommend the use of clinical case studies for the basis of a theoretical course of Psychoanalytic Psychopathology, those who work with psychoanalysis in the university context.
