This text discusses the synchrony in the structuring of the Subject without resorting to theories of human development. For this, it considers the diachronic path from infans to subject through the intersection braid in the three dimensions of psychic reality: Real, Imaginary and Symbolic. This paper aims to demonstrate that accidents involved in the interrelationships between Real, Symbolic and Imaginary are constituting events of three-dimensional structure of the psychic reality of any subject. Unlike these accidents, disasters in the structuring of the subject can configure the series of severe psychopathology
