Abstract

This article is the result of the study, "The impact of protective measures provided for by the Statute of the Child and the Adolescent on Family Systems: 2009-2011" (Fapemig). The research aimed to understand the trajectory of children and adolescents and of their families in the network. Among the conclusions of the study we observed the precariousness of records on the personal and family history of children and adolescents. The data is sometimes deficient and generics which contributes to the considering of the uniqueness of each family and produces social, invisibility of children and adolescents. From the point of view of the subjects these badly recorded accounts hinder the development and overcoming experiences of the conditions that generated the institutional host. From the point of view of public policy, these disconnected actions, overlapping and even thoughtlessness of the bodies that comprise the network of protection or safety net
