Abstract

NETO, Oswaldo França. The subversive function of truth and psychoanalysis. Psicol. rev. (Belo Horizonte) [online]. 2013, vol.19, n.2, pp. 177-186. ISSN 1677-1168.  http://dx.doi.org/DOI-10.5752/P.1678-9563.2013v19n2p177.

This text analyzes the displaced position of psychoanalysis by way of discussing its displacement compared to some of the fields of knowledge used by it (i.e., concomitantly identifying and differentiating itself ). Initially, it was by detaching itself from the logic of consciousness, presenting itself in a non-position way, that psychoanalysis was born. Other fields listed here, with which psychoanalysis crossed its path, subverting them by means of displacement, were the language, the structuralism and topology. The keyword, used as the guiding line, was the matter of truth, in the not quite apprehensible manner by which it presents itself to psychoanalysis. It is discussed how the psychoanalysis addressed the truth, as a point of impossibility, in those fields where it tried to position itself within

Keywords : Truth; Structuralism; Mathematics; Topology; Contemporaneousness.
