VERISSIMO, Danilo Saretta. Phenomenology of intersubjectivity and studies on social cognition: discussions about the joint attention. Psicol. rev. (Belo Horizonte) [online]. 2015, vol.21, n.3, pp. 562-581. ISSN 1677-1168.  http://dx.doi.org/DOI-10.5752/P.1678-9523.2015v21n3p562.

In this article, we analyze the issue of intersubjectivity from an ontogenetic point of view. The theoretical positions adopted by studies on intersubjectivity in the field of social cognition are discussed, particularly studies focusing on the concept of joint attention and their interpretation based on constructs related to the theory of mind. We understand that in the idea of joint attention underlies a profound intuition about the constitution of a socially shared world, whose nature can be investigated beyond the predominance of the reflective attitude, which defines the division of the world into a conceptual framework that articulates objectivism and solipsism. Observations and analysis rely on contributions from phenomenological philosophy. The rationalist indebtedness, contracted through the theory of mind and the possibility to deal with ontogenetic aspects of intersubjectivity based on descriptive approaches that allow the questioning of the meaning of the coexist experience, is highlighted
