SOARES, Márcia Pereira Inácio  and  ARAUJO, José Newton Garcia de. Work activity and power relations: an organizational intervention in aviation company. Psicol. rev. (Belo Horizonte) [online]. 2016, vol.22, n.1, pp. 185-201. ISSN 1677-1168.  http://dx.doi.org/DOI-10.5752/P.1678-9523.2016V22N1P185.

This study discusses an organizational intervention in an outsourcing company of the civil aviation branch, based in the current called clinical work, specifically the Clinics of Activity and the Psychosociology of Work. From the perspective of qualitative research, it was developed using procedures such as field observations, interviews and discussion groups, aiming initially a diagnosis of the organization's problems. Thereafter, it was created a worker's participation device, through a resource management called Development of Human Abilities (DHH), which intended to reorganize the company's work processes. The issue of internal mechanisms of power is also addressed in this study, as well as the possibilities of worker's acting power. It is understood that this study may contribute to new psychologist insertion alternatives in labor organizations.
