This article intends to discuss the possibility of constitution or fabrication of a body in cases of autism. Starting from the theoretical assumption in psychoanalysis that the autistic children lack a body wrapping, firstly resorts to the concepts of ego ideal and ideal ego, concerning Freud’s theory of narcissism and constitution of a body. Then, it uses the concepts appropriate to the autistic functioning way of autistic border, double, autistic objects and competence islets, forged by psychoanalytical authors of Lacanian orientation, to support the hypothesis of the existence of other modalities for constitution of a own body, different from the ones initially proposed by Freud and Lacan
