FINOCCHIARO, Larissa  and  IMBRIZI, Jaquelina Maria. ART WORKSHOPS AND HEALTH EDUCATION: AN EXPERIENCE AT THE “SENSITIVITIES LABORATORY” OF THE FEDERAL UNIVERSITY OF SÃO PAULO (UNIFESP) - BAIXADA SANTISTA. Psicol. rev. In line with the transformations of education in health, we aim, in this article, to discuss the experience of five art workshops which took place in a laboratory located at the Federal University of São Paulo - Santos Campus, called “Sensitivities Laboratory” and its implications in health education. This article is about the production of data based on a scientific initiation research, which, by means of the cartography method, used some instruments of qualitative research such as: discussion groups, observation, production of field diary and construction of analyzers. As results, we highlight that the offered workshops allowed the participants new ways of feeling and perceiving, more openness to be playful, expansion of creativity and availability to the group process. In the final considerations, it was possible to analyze that the Laboratory, more than just a physical space, is a dynamic of relationships that favors undervalued encounters in academic institutions
