How this institutional approach has subsidized theoretically and methodologically practical support in SUS, with emphasis on the contributions made to the discussion of democratization of work processes in this field, are the theme of this article. Finally, it points out the supporting character of incompleteness as a constitutive power of this relational technology in the context of public health
