Abstract

ORTIZ, Mario Elkin Ramírez. El psicoanálisis es interdisciplinario . Psicol. rev. (Belo Horizonte) [online]. 2019, vol.25, n.1, pp. 303-310. ISSN 1677-1168.  http://dx.doi.org/10.5752/P.1678-9563.2019v25n1p303-310.

This article presents a conference on a scientific event on transdisciplinarity in the city of Belo Horizonte in 2018. The experience of an interdisciplinary group composed by anthropologists, lawyers, political scientists, sociologists, historians and psychoanalysts about violence in Colombia was also approached to show the possibilities of interdisciplinary researches in which unprecedented knowledge about a shared object is produced. It is argued that the participation of psychoanalysis in this group was possible due to the fact that psychoanalysis is interdisciplinary, first with Freud and then with Lacan. Freud, for example, when setting the limit of biomedical knowledge, resorts to anthropology, history, and literature, to produce a new theory. Jacques Lacan uses Linguistics, Structural Anthropology and Topology to propose its main theoretical and clinical operators. In short, psychoanalysis has been transdisciplinary since its foundation.
