Abstract

FERNANDES, Waldemar J.. Alguns Aspectos do Trabalho Psicanalítico com Grupos de Discussão. Rev. SPAGESP [online]. 2000, vol.1, n.1, pp. 61-69. ISSN 1677-2970.

According to the author we are having easy results, where psychoanalysis is attacked, and he asks what self-knowledge is for, to a thing-like man who doesn’t believe he is responsible for himself. Working psychoanalytically with groups is less complex and more and more necessary for both therapeutic aspirations and learning. The author presents a group work classification emphasizing Groups with Operative Aims and Groups with Therapeutic Aims. As for the Discussion Groups, they are able to discuss on the themes and context in which they occur. The aim is to spread knowledge, each participants’ way of thinking, awake associations and create knowledge, trying to level each one’s knowledge and practice. The author believes that the Discussion Group is an excellent stimulating aid for leveling, mainly in congresses and meetings.
