The objective of this work is to emphasize the importance of the group anchoring the nurse's work close to its team. For so much it is suggested a work of operative group, in that the coordinator (nurse) it will be used of the technique of operative group to help its team to work with the present problems in the work, helping them to think and to find solutions. This work can be accomplished in every atmosphere where a team exists, with will of to work and to grow. Though it is necessary that the coordinator acquires knowledge of techniques of groups.
