Abstract

ZIMERMAN, David Epelbaum. The application of group dynamic technique in school. Rev. SPAGESP [online]. 2004, vol.5, n.5, pp. 06-15. ISSN 1677-2970.

This work intends to emphasize the importance that dynamic group technique represents in the process of teaching-learning in every teaching institution, mainly in primary schools. The group dynamic is focused from the point of view of psychoanalytical contributions, more particularly the integration and interaction of the students, their relatives, teachers, and higher teaching members of direction of the institution, the teaching ideology, etc. After emphasizing the importance of unconscious factors of all participants and the nature of the links that distinguish the inter-relationship in groups, the work points out the possible practical application of "group of reflection" at school, and in different levels.
