The main aim of this work is to make a reflection on the task of supervision in the course of Analytical Psychotherapy in Groups of SPAGESP. Thinking about profit and loss of this work considering the supervisor, the supervised, the task and the institution. It is a work that includes the participation of ex-students of this course, collaborating and giving their statements. Under great attention appear both, the role of the supervisor as a coordinator of a group and the supervised as members of this group which task consists in getting supervision for their clients issues. Equally it is pointed out a reflection about time dedicated to work.
