In this work we make a reflection about old people in institutions, by observing the way they live in situation of therapeutic groups. We have noticed that internal situation of these people are mostly associated to internal rules of the institution, feelings of loss, difficulties in respect to their sexuality and the forth-coming of death. We tried to rescue through this work the identity of old people by promoting interaction between them.
