The group device started up workshop of expression and creation characterizes by the multiplicity of communication codes and aesthetic instruments, having as task the objectification the concretion of representations and meanings attributed by the individual to its pedagogical and existence practices. In this work, our goal is to understand the plasticity and drama of teacher representation in public schools, as well as in group devices conceived and planned as creative and expression workshops, within programs based in training, improvement and educators recycling.
