Many questions in the family area provoke a sense of impotence in the professionals. The familiar organization in contemporary transformations, added to the paradox of social changes, can develop conflicts and conjugal separations, involving affective, intellectual and social questions. Focusing a systematic attendance of families in violence situation, two cases attended in Familiar Brief Psychotherapy with the diagnosis of adaptations very few adequate are presented. In conclusion, it is possible to develop a sensible and efficient work with families living exposed to violence condition when the professional is appropriated supported by instruments and techniques that guarantee the establishment of a consistent therapeutic bond.
