The present paper reflects about the work with a group of teenage mothers in risk of sexual exploitation. Children or teenagers who are in risky situations are those who suffer domestic abuse, abandon school, have loose family bonds and start running away from their own homes. This can lead to involvement in sex in exchange for money. The text briefly describes the teenage process and teenage sexuality and pregnancy. This group has contributed to the process of reacquiring part of the teenagers’ self-confidence and hope so that they could face their daily routine and the changes of life even if they had to undergo moments of distress and darkness.
