This paper has aimed to present some research results from a master’s dissertation written on a natural group as well as from activities conducted by the author, a psychologist, in a mental health institution from children. Hence, research results on emotional experiences of a multidisciplinary group are presented in order to provide an understanding based on bonds established. Subjects were the team, composed by fifteen people including professionals and interns. The study occurred in six meetings which lasted for two hours. Among these, only four were included in the analysis. Mathieu’s qualitative research method of content analysis was used. We concluded that the space provided to the group made possible the living experience of group phenomena. Comprehension of psychic aspects that happened helped subjects to express tensions, feelings and also proportioned reflections on work practices.
