HOHENDORFF, Jean Von; POSTAY, Andrezza Tartarotti; HABIGZANG, Luísa Fernanda  y  KOLLER, Silvia Helena. Partnership with assistance network in the study of sexual violence against children. Rev. SPAGESP [online]. 2017, vol.18, n.2, pp. 143-156. ISSN 1677-2970.

Studies about sexual violence against children usually appeal to the victims' assistance networks for data collection. Building partnerships for data collection requires careful consideration of ethical rules. The aim of this study was to introduce and analyze the process of partnership development between researchers and the assistance networks in a project about sexual violence against boys. The partnerships were evaluated through interviews performed with five practitioners from the assistance networks. Those interviews were qualitatively analyzed and results indicated the suitability of the partnership development process, as well as possible adjustments. The intention to establish long-term partnerships was reported by the practitioners. Implications of these results for partnerships in face of the Resolution n. 510/2016 from the National Council of Health are discussed.

Palabras clave : sexual violence; data collection; mental health services.
