Forming part of the health team, the hospital psychologist is faced with different objects, goals and demands (institutional, team and patient). His clinical listening and management of dynamic and provides media presented the meeting with the nameless. Objective: To find the understanding of the clinical case of a patient with Crohn's Disease refractory to medical proposals adopted, discuss the management of the psychologist and patient dialogue in the health care team. Method: psychological care in outpatient and hospitalization on psychoanalytic. Results: The patient sought medical attention and appeared as the object of medicine through his body. At the same time, refused clinical procedures proposed by her religion, leading the team feelings of anger and impotence. Conclusion: The psychoanalytic listening offered the patient the opportunity to exist beyond the physical body. With the team sought to preserve the identity of the patient.
