Orthorexia Nervosa is an eating disorder characterized by a diet restricted to foods considered pure, healthy and natural. It is an eating disorder linked to obsessive-compulsive symptoms. This article aims to expose, through a review of the literature, evidence that relates Orthorexia Nervosa to Obsessive-Compulsive Disorders. Therefore, we sought out scientific publications related to the topic between the years 1997 and 2014 in the databases Lilacs, Scielo, BVS-Psi and Google Scholar, using the key words "Orthorexia Nervosa, Comorbidity, Spectrum, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder and Disorders Food.  The theme is still little explored, there being controversy about diagnosis and classification. There were no experimental studies demonstrating the direct relationship between Orthorexia Nervosa and the Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. However, some authors defend the inclusion of Orthorexia and eating disorders such as the obsessive-compulsive spectrum. Noteworthy is the need for further studies on the subject, since the relationship between disorders interfere with their diagnosis, prognosis and the development of therapeutic strategies for them.
