In this paper, I develop a reflexion on the CAPS - Psychossocial Attention Centers - some public mental health institutions created according to the Psychiatric Reform guidelines. Through the resumption of some ethical, technical and political aspects that exist within the institutional technologies, and through their approximation along with the psychoanalytical ethics and techniques, I think over the actual expansion moment of the CAPS in a national scale, as well as the problems concerning the end of treatment and the alienation within the techniques, both heightened towards this development.
