This paper presents the general principles, the structure and methodology of a vocational guidance program conceived for the virtual mean. The Vocational Guidance Program - the VGP online - developed by the author together with the Catholic University of São Paulo, started in August, 2000. In the years 2003 and 2004, it attended a population of 851 boys and girls working at the Brazilian State Bank (Banco do Brasil), who participated in a program of education and development. The general results and observations of this experience are related.
