The aim of this research was to compare the performance of adults and adolescents with the BBT - Profession Photo Test. The subjects were 143 adults and 61 adolescents. From the 204 participants, 91 looked for vocational guidance or career re-orientation and 113 were evaluated for personnel selection. The number of positive choices was much higher with adults than with adolescents. The analysis of the positive primary factors revealed significant differences between men and women, with factors Z’, S, O, Z and W prevailing with females and factors S, V, Z and G prevailing with males.
