This paper describes a social training experience by business administration undergraduates. The subjects were young victims of abuse who had also suffered psychosocial hazard, now living in public homes, in a town upcountry the State of São Paulo. From the point of view of Psychoeducation, both the youths attended and the trainees are seen as subjects in an interaction and considered actors in their development, thus enabling a change in the way of perceving the social inclusion process and the manager’s performance. This practice has been observed to be positive both for the intervention process as well as the education of business managers, and aims at preparing them for professional practice, and the new challenges of the work market.
