Abstract

The psychological intervention model used in this study is based on the career developmental approach, with a view of contributing with the construction of life paths through the several roles played by the individual. From career counseling practice with students in higher education who had sought help in a Counseling Center, different types of seeking for help in career counseling and management were identified and analyzed. As based on this analysis, we suggest the contribution of the model used in the study towards career counseling interventions.
