This exploratory study aimed to describe a training program based on the wiki technology, inserted into the practices of corporate education in a Brazilian bank, and discuss how the program characteristics may contribute to the achievement of positive results in TD and Education Career. The wiki technology allowed the perfecting of knowledge management practices through the creation of virtual communities of employees. The study also showed that the program is a highly promising tool for training, capacity building and knowledge management, but needs improvements based on the systematic reviews of the courses already completed, which may provide clues for adjustments in the process of professional training currently offered at the institution.
