This paper proposes an articulation between the clinical treatment of Attention Defficit and Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Career Guidance (CG). ADHD is a current and important topic for those who deal with children and teenagers. CG may be relevant for patients with ADHD, as they generally have educational difficulties which could affect their career future, besides often having difficulties making decisions., In order to help such public, the supervisor needs to know about the disorder and be able to adapt the process of CG to the characteristics of those patients, so optimizing resourses to guide them with their choice of career.
