Abstract

BARDAGI, Marucia Patta  and  ALBANAES, Patrícia. Evaluation of vocational interventions in Brazil: A literature review. Rev. bras. orientac. prof [online]. 2015, vol.16, n.2, pp. 123-135. ISSN 1679-3390.

In the last decades, intervention assessments have been identified as a vital theme for psychologists. Within career interventions, concern about the assessment is still recent in Brazil. This study identified national publications concerning the assessment of career interventions in the last 20 years. After searching the databases, 16 publications were analyzed. It is noticed the little volume of studies, a growth over the past five years and a concentration of studies on group interventions with adolescents. This survey points to the need for diversification of career intervention evaluation studies in Brazil, and the need to include objectives aimed at the evaluation of processes and not just results.

Keywords : career; evaluation; vocational guidance.
