Career attitudes facilitate the development of professional skills to deal with uncertain work environments. In this respect, the purpose of this study was to examine the attitudes of Protean and Boundaryless Career Models, among Brazilian freelancers registered in service provision digital platforms. It is a descriptive exploratory study with 88 Y-generation freelancers (53.4% are women, with an average age of 31.09 years). Data were collected through a sociodemographic questionnaire and the Protean and Borderless Career Attitudes Scales, and analyzed using the Mann-Whitney, ANOVA and Spearman's correlation. The results revealed developed career attitudes (M>3), and a significant positive relationship was found between working hours and the physical mobility dimension.
