Abstract

SANTOS, Eder Soares. Winnicott and personal constitution for the formation of man. Winnicott e-prints [online]. 2012, vol.7, n.2, pp. 166-183. ISSN 1679-432X.

The article attempts to show that Winnicott contributes, at least, to two meanings of education: one concerns the training of professionals who have to deal with problems of human nature as care. The other refers to how each person can get to be a healthy member of the community to which it belongs, and can share responsibilities with others to form an environment good enough to live. After showing these two aspects in Winnicott's psychoanalysis we try to indicate a meaning of personal constitution in the Winnicott's theory of personal maturation.

Keywords : Care; Education; Formation; Maturity; Winnicott.
