The article broaches briefly the history of the psychiatrical reform in Brazil, pointing its bigger purpose: promote the users social inclusion. It makes a critical analysis about the introduction of basaglian thought on the services and its practical consequences in search of inclusion. As from affirmations of the clinical area autors, that point the difficulties found in the open mental health services, we use the idea of explanation formulated by the critical theory, as a way to help the discussions about psychotic reception and treatment.
