When remembering the 25 years of the implantation of Law 180 in Italy, the article approaches the clinical dimension of the animation in the treatment of psychotic patients. It considers the animation while one to know relative to the relation, that becomes the Other partner of the "sick person" favoring the social bond. This conception of animation recommend a reanimation of the services of mental health where an interlocution is possible with the badly to be mental.
