Abstract

The present article intent to introduce the Therapeutic Accompaniment as a technique of a clinical intervention searched into the diagnostic context psychoanalytical of the psychosis. To attend, or lead a therapeutic project, requires to be acquainted with the limits and obstacles of the clinic that is done at streets, that is, out of the habitual place of the consultation room. Seeing that the psychotic finds himself inside the language and outside the discourse, it discuss what it would be the demand of the possible treatment. The Therapeutic Accompaniment seeks that the subject inscribes in something symbolic. The transference in the psychosis however, unlike the neurosis, shows an impossible real. The accompanying serves as a secretary and witness of a certain subjective catastrophe that appears as delirious, hallucinations and hard stories. Finally, in the psychosis there is a bond with the Other, even tough is not social. The accompanying becomes a social inscription in this bond between psychotic and the Other.
