This article intends to discourse about problematic one of the adolescent infractor, considering the adolescent while moment of transformations marked for cultural changes. Being based in discursive fragments of adolescents who accomplish social-educative measure of freedom privation, this article aproaches distinct speeches that happen in the interior of a institution that it receives these adolescents. From of a reflection that it considers the institucional relations, the speeches and search of a identity, they will be aproaches questionings about the intervention possibility together this population.
