ABSTRACT In a group of multi-disciplines there is a variety of speeches ans theories that, many times, act in diferent concepts of the disease, leading to diferent ways of a treatment, producing clinical effects unfavorable, since a non answer from the treatmen, an instability, an acute reaction in the process. The IRS Clinic Session, considering the Clinic Case Construction as a method of investigation and intervention, it work as an articulator within this diversity of knowledge, gathering elements of different discourses, to meet te singular position of the subject concerning the satisfaction. In this article, this articulation function will be shown by the report of the construction of a case, presenting its impasses, divergences, and the elaboration which permitted the redirection of the treatment.
