This paper focuses on some indications from psychoanalysis towards a collective team work in psychosocial attention CAPS centered, pointing out the psychoanalytical concept of the non-whole collectivity and the work transference. It proposes a concept of the subject that includes the dimensions of 'juissance', act and parole as ways of detecting the subject in order to make way to clinical intervention and discusses briefly the different collective devices of psychosocial attention under the light of psychoanalysis. Finally it points out the importance of continued supervision as a backup to the team work.
