Abstract

This article brings the controversial discussion between clinic and psicossocial reabilitation. We intend to stimulate the debate related to the importance of the clinic in the mental health assistence's program, mainly related to the serious mental patients, as psychotics who came from long interments or chronic, obstinate neurotics, the ones considered danger to themselves and to the others and alcoholic and psychoactive's substances users.
