Abstract

Currently, in the mental health's area, the concept of care assumes great relevance, since it globes new practices not excluding, which have been established since the psychiatric reformation. The concept of clinic, on the other hand, appears with a new signify, as an amplified clinic, a quotidian clinic or a subject clinic. This work intends to discuss those both concepts, emphasizing the importance of "persistent curiosity" as a guide for clinic, conceived on a research dimension, since the speech of the subjects pierced through psychic suffering.
