Resumo

The article approaches the difficulty to proceed a structural reform in the mental health assistance's net. It stands out that such difficulty is a consequence of the diferences present in the confrontations of the clinical knowledge's development related to the subjectivity. The article ends with a proposal of a subjectivity's work in net that considers the malaise of the participants.
