In this article the author talks about the possibility of diagnosticating the stage before the psychosis. In order to do that, he presents the psychotic structure according to the Lacan's conception and emphasizes the notions of diagnosis and transference. After that, he stands out the Lacan thought's evolution about this subject in order to discover new instruments to face the situation in which there is a citizen with indefinite symptom. At last, the author shows the importance of pointing out the foreclosure function and the Name-of-the-Father's suplency, using the borromean knot Lacan's notion structure.
