In this article, the author shows that the disturbance in the social bows's course construction is not restricted to the psychotic one, but it's related to the language field's impasse, in its capacity of creating sense. The re-establishment of these bows requires another relation between madness and culture, more fertile and generous for both. The CAPS, as an open and welcoming space for crisis situations, has an important role to play, according to the Psychiatric Reformation's rules and in a constant interlocution with the social movements.
