Abstract

This article aims a fleet exploration of the concept “secretary of the insane”. Taking as reference the Lacanian conception on this handling with psychosis, we follow this author’s track until the emergence of this expression within the J. P. Falret’s psychiatric clinic. The present text cross, yet, the turning point that was, already in psychoanalysis, the Freudian’s answer to Daniel Paul Schreber’s book and the meeting of the own Lacan with his princeps case, Aimée, finding in the contemporary psychoanalytical concept of neo-transference an actualization of these discussion
