The aim of this paper was to discuss the care provided to patients of schizophrenia, whereas taking into account the effects such people suffer in regards to language. The articulation between theory and Psychoanalytical Clinic was made through methodological strategy of construction of clinical cases, which is thought of as a mode of care offered in a public mental health service. The leitmotiv of this research is based on the exhibition of three clinical cases that will sustain the theoretical discussion of the relationship between Psychoanalytical Clinic listens and transfer. Such elements are investigated from the point of view of Freud's representation theory articulated with the contributions of contemporary Psychoanalytical Clinic also intertwined with the mental health policy of the city of Uberlandia (MG).
